Document Description
The proposed project would involve the demolition of two existing single-story structures on the site and the construction of a mixed-use project consisting of approximately 192 condominium units, 14,000 square feet of retail space, and fitness center and a club room, and below-grade parking for 248 cars and 61 bicycles. The proposed buildings would be four stories in height along Cambon Drive and range between two stories (retail) and four stories (residential) in height along 19th Avenue.
