Document Description
The Project will combine 4 lots into two, remodel the existing auto dealership and construct a new 55,400 square foot dealership on what is currently a vacant lot. A portion of this vacant lot is known as Baxter's Alley, and is under a Consent Order with DTSC for hazardous material remediation. One of the lots is traversed by a drainage ditch, which was evaluated for biotic value and found to contain no wetlands or habitat area of value. No new construction noise will be generated by the pile driving activities and was assessed for conformance to City noise standards.
