The Administrative Office of the Courts proposes to acquire property from the County of Tuolumne, construct a new 2-story, five-courtroom courthouse and associated parking; and operate the facility to serve the Superior Court of CA, County of Tuolumne. The proposed project includes a surface parking lot with approximately 150 public parking spaces and a secure parking area for judicial officers and Superior Court managers. After completion of the purposed courthouse, the Superior Court will vacate the existing Sonora Court buildings.
