A. Acquisition in fee of 48+/- acres of an 89.9+/- acre site, Assessor's Parcel No. (APN) 56-570-53, and a 0.9+/- acre site, APN: 56-200-23, for development of the Law and Justice Center. B. Acquisition of an 80' wide road and public utility easement to facilitate construction of a new road to be called Gardella Ranch Road, extending from Sanguinetti-Loop Road westwardly to the proposed realignment of Old Wards Ferry Road for access to and through the proposed Law and Justice center. C. Acquisition of a 12' wide public utility easement for a water line from Tuolumne Utilities District's water tank off Greenley Road to Cedar Road. The subject property is a portion of APN: 44-370-02, currently owned by Joseph Martin Trust and Barbara Martin Trust.
