The proposed project entails the following discretionary actions: (1) Acquisition of land for the development of the center and associated easements for access roads and utilities; (2) Determination of consistency of the proposed acquisition of the land with the Tuolumne County General Plan; (3) Resolution of General Plan Amendment to change the land use designations of portions of APN 56-570-53 and 56-200-23 to public; and (4) Ordinance to rezone portions of APN 56-570-53 and 56-200-23 to Public and Light Commercial.
