Document Description
Subdivide two acres into 16 lots, and construct 16 single-family residences. Rezone the property from RR-20 (Rural Residential) to R-1-6 (Single-Family Residential). In addition, there is a request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a small lot subdivision (smaller lots than permitted in the R-1-6 zone), lot sizes ranging from 3,672 square feet to 5,833 square feet. There are four proposed residential floor plans, all of which are two-story model; the homes will range in size from 1,380 square feet to 1,930 square feet.
