Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has considered the Initial Study, Mitigated Negative Declaration and Addendum, as prepared by the lead agency and based on the document prepared by the Lead Agency, Caltrans will issue an encroachment permit for the following work: exploratory geotechnical borings within State Route 43 right-of-way. Work will consist of drilling three vertical 8-inch soil borings to depths of approximately 31.5-feet to obtain soil samples.
