Document Description
On April 16, 2019, the Moreno Valley City Council approved the Project consisting of a 767,960 square foot logistics building and related features. The April 16th approval included a General Plan Amendment to change the Project site's land use designation from Commercial (C) to Business Park (BP), along with a Change of Zone from Community Commercial (CC) to Light Industrial (LI) (first reading only), in addition to a General Plan Circulation Element policy change. Related approvals included a Parcel Map and Plot Plan. This NOD is being filed after the second reading of the ordinance approving the Change of Zone.
