The proposed project is the construction of a commercial retail center on a 7.1-acre vacant lot in the H-C (Highway Commercial) zone district. The proposed project provides approximately 93,000 square feet of commercial space including two detached drive-through fast-food businesses, a detached pharmacy/drug store with drive-up service, a detached major anchor tenant building with outdoor display area, and an additional building with multiple tenant space.
