Document Description
The project would involve the development of a mixed-use project including approximately 9,615 gross square feet of ground-floor retail space, a 17-classroom private high school, 25 dormitories and counselor units, 31 residential units, and associated parking. The proposed project would consist of one rectangular-shaped building that would occupy the entire block bounded by a public alley to the north, Crest Drive to the east, Pico Boulevard to the south, and Wetherly Drive to the west. Parking for the proposed project would be included as two levels of subterranean parking that would be accessed via entry and exit driveways provided on Crest Drive. A total of approximately 71 parking spaces would be provided.
