Document Description
CIP P2009 proposes the construction of a 36" cement mortar lined and coasted steel pipeline to transfer potable water from the Otay 14 FCF, to the Otay Water District 640-1 and 640-2 reservoirs at the OWD Regulatory Site. The proposed pipeline is ~5 miles in length and would provide OWD with a water supply of 12 million gallons per day (mgd) of on-peak capacity and 16 mgd of off-peak capacity from the Helix-Levy Water Treatment Plant.
