Following certification of the EIR the District identified an alternate location for the seasonal wet weather storage pond that was not previously analyzed in the EIR. This addendum to the EIR adds a seasonal storage site located on Charlan Road to the project Master Plan. The update to the Master Plan also makes minor modification to the configuration of the treatment process.
