Document Description
The proposed project includes a modification of the currently held Waste Discharge Permit (RWQCB Order No. R9-1998-0009 as amended, WVRWRF), formation of an Assessment District, and adoption of the South Village Wastewater Master Plan for the Phase II and Ultimate Service Area Expansion of wastewater service for the South Village area of Valley Center, CA. The project includes the expansion of the Woods Valley Ranch Water Reclamation Facility, installation of wastewater collection and reclaimed water distribution pipelines, and the construction of wet weather seasonal storage pond(s) and irrigation disposal area (s).
