Document Description
The project is the Phase II and Ultimate Service Area Expansion of the Woods Valley Ranch Water Reclamation Facility (WVRWFR). This includes the creation of an Assessment District of approximately 350 EDU's, the expansion of the WVRWRF, installation of wastewater collection and reclaimed water pipelines, and the creation of wet weather seasonal storage pond(s) and discharge area. Service will only be provided to existing and future development within the South Village area that has been identified in the County General Plan.
