Document Description
The proposed Lakeview/Nuevo Area Master Plan for Water, Sewer, and Recycled Water consists of the planned infrastructure facilities needed to serve the rapidly growing number of development proposals, the existing development, and the remaining undeveloped properties within this portion of EMWD service area in Lakeview/Nuevo. The Project facilities have been sized to a capacity necessary to provide needed flows and pressures to all properties within the Project area and to accommodate future connections to or from outside the Project boundary or for other EMWD regional supply purposes. The facilities include all major transmission pipelines, reservoirs (tanks), pump stations, gravity sewer main, force mains, and lift stations. Development of the facilities will be installed in several stages depending upon development approvals. The facilities will provide needed flows and pressure to all properties within the Area Master Plan boundary and for future connections to or from outside the project boundary or for other water supply purposes. Each development will be required to iclude the construction of facilities designated in the Area Master Plan which are needed to serve any given development proposed.
