Document Description
Zone Variance to permit commercial use on property located in the PF-1XL Zone. The proposed use is a public storage facility consisting of a portable trailer office; metal shipping containers for storage, and passenger, commericial, and construction vehicles, trucks, and trailers; with hours of operation from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and from 7:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday. No permanent structures are proposed; no refrigerated, perishable, hazardous, or otherwise illegal material, nor any product or machinery that may leak into the storm drain, will be permitted. A total of four parking spaces will be maintained on-site, and vehicle ingress and egress to the property will be via an alleyway accessing Mateo Street on the western side of the property, south of Damon Street.
