- Document Description
- The SBVEZ is a multi-jurisdictional enterprise zone designed to spur revitalization of depressed areas through development of new businesses or expansion of existing businesses to create to new jobs for area residents and revenue for the jurisdictional areas of the Cities of Colton and San Bernardino and the County of San Bernardino. The project consists of a set of economic incentives to facilitate General Plan implementation in Commercial and industrial areas and does not change any land use designations or zoning or result in any direct changes to the environment that would not occur without the proposed project.
