NOTE: Review Per Lead Demolition and removal of: 50 existing structures, including structure slabs, footings, grade beams, piles or potions of piles, and pile caps; all machinery bases, concrete, asphalt, and other paving mateial; all hazardous and contaminated demolition materials; chlorofluorocarbons; any USTs that have received prior regulatory closure; and all landscaping/irrigation pipes/valve boxes. Cutting, capping and/or removal, and/or replacement or relocation of all underground piping and utlility systems, and storm drain and sanitary sewer laterals.
