- The CA Dept. of Fish and Game is approving an amendment to CESA Memorandum of Understanding and Management Authorization No. 2081-1997-86-3 pursuant to its authority to enforce CESA. This amendment does not change the nature or scope of the permitted take authorized in the CESA MOU for Mirant's existing facilities at the Pittsburg and Contra Costa Power Plants. Instead, it sets forth 5 immediate requirements from DFG's Notice of Proposed Suspension to Mirant dated June 28, 2007.
