Document Description
Implement drainage improvements on trails and stream crossings to reduce sedimentation to the acquatic environment using Best Management Practices. Construct new, well-drained 4' wide trail with balanced cut and fill to replace former steel fall line trail and disced alignment. Restore ~1/2 mile of old trail alignment to native topography. Upgrade and reinforce approach path and construct pedestrian bridge at site of existing ford crossing.

15301 exempts minor alteration to existing facilities and topographic features involving negligible expansion of existing use; minor erosion control improvements will be made. 15304 exempts minor alterations in the conditions of land, water, and vegetation that does not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees; mature trees will not be removed. 15333 exempts small habitat restoration projects to assure the maintenance, restoration, enhancement, or protection of habitat for fish, plants, or wildlife; this project is designed to reduce sedimentation, enhancing and protecting critical habitat of steelhead trout.
