Document Description
Caltrans proposes a project to correct the super elevation of the curve on the inside lane by adding 4 foog shoulders in plane with the roadway. In addition, the hillside will be cut back to increase the clear recovery zone at post miles 29.6/29.7. The work will be undertaken by excavation or blasting a portion of the hillside to widen the shoulder and increase the clear recovery zone.
