Document Description
The purpose of the project is to conduct compensatory mitigation for the permanent filling of ~135 feet of ephemeral drainage for the construction of additional winery structures, as well as filling and disturbing jurisdictional seasonal wetlands. The project includes construction of a mitigation area, consisting of a replacement drainage swale, ~445 feet in length, to act as a biofiltration and high-frequency flow attenuation basin between the vineyard and the Laguna de Santa Rosa.
