This project includes maintenance of an existing flood control facility. The maintenance will remove 40 acres of Arundo donax, a noxious weed. Some Tamarisk will also be removed. There will be no change or expansion of use of the facility. No native riparian vegetation will be impacted; no listed or sensitive species will be present during work.
