Document Description
The Boy Scouts modified the areas that it delivers domestic water to and irrigates after it acquired the property in 1963. In 1965, the property changed from a ranching operation to an education and recreation facility for youth and a training facility for adult leaders in outdoor and environmental activities. The U.S. Forest Service (USFS) issued a conditional use permit to the Boy Scourts on October 11, 1968 for the purpose of operating and maintaining a water diversion and water pipeline.
