Document Description
The purpose of the project is to conduct routine maintenance of the Shell Pond levee which has sustained erosion at the toe of the bank. The toe scour has caused failure cracking along the levee access road, threatening levee integrity. The project is limited to the placement of 275-linear feet of 6-inch rock along the levee toe to replace the eroded void at the base of the levee. There will be no changes to the footprint of the previously existing levee.
