Trenching to replace 4 decayed drainage outfall pipes into the cement lined section of Magpie Creek on the former McClellan Air Force Base. Flows within the channel of the creek will be diverted around each of the work sites during the trenching and replacement activities. BMP for sediment control will be implemented during and after construction.
