The project site is zoned R-3 (Multiple-Family Residential), RE-2 (Residential Estate, Two Acre Minimum) and O (Open Space) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the County of Tuolumne has determined that the project is statutorily exempt from review under the CEQA, pursuant to Section 15268 of the State CEQA Guidelines because the lot line adjustment is a ministerial project as defined in Section 15369 of the State CEQA Guidelines.
