Document Description
The project proposes various upgrades to the existing building and installation of sycamore trees to provide greater cooling for the communications building. The work includes upgrading and replacing the existing cooling system, a temporary cooling system during construction, the installation of an attic and insulation, changes in the door materials, small shade walls and canopies, new paint in a light tan color, trenching for new irrigation, planting of approximately 10 sycamore trees on the south side of the building, and other site amenities.
