Document Description
The Origone Ranch Specific Plan (ORSP) Project consists of a request for City of Stockton (and other agencies) approvals necessary to permit the development of an approximately 390-acre planned urban residential and commercial development. The ORSP project as currently proposed would involve the development of approximately 1,665 low to high-density residential units, 710,000 square feet of retail commercial development, and 189,100 suqare feet of office development. The ORSP project area is generally located southwest of the existing Hammar Lane/SR 99 interchange in the northeastern portion of the Stockton metropolitan area.
