Document Description
The proposed project includes the expansion of the American River College (ARC) Fine Arts Building (Building 15). The expansion will include additional instructional space, as well as space for which the uses have not yet been determined. The project will include an expansion of the building by approximately 17,620 square feet. The expansion of classroom space will bring more students to the building, and create an increased demand for public services, utilities, and parking. Construction of the project may cause impacts to air quality, biological resources and hydrology. A total of 18 trees and shrubs will be removed from the site during the non-nesting season (from September 1st to February 28th).
