Excavate a 200 square-foot segment of stream channel under each road crossing culvert/bridge as well as just up- and downstream of each crossing. Excavated areas shall not extend more than 15 feet up- and downstream of each road crossing, with the exception of the Arenal and Pradero sites where the excavated area shall not extend more than 80 feet.
