Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision of 147 acres into Parcels 1 and 2 of 60 and 87 acres, respectively. The subdivision utilizes an existing 40-foot right-of-way off Elk River Road, and provides each resultant parcel with low and high ground for agricultural purposes. The project proposes the repair and remodel of the existing farmhouse, including a 2-car carport, with construction of a two-story, four-bedroom, single family residence, ~3600 sf, with attached 3-car garage, a 2400 sf barn and pump house on each resultant parcel. The parcels are to be served by well water and on-site sewage disposal systems. The project site is within the coastal zone, and requires a Coastal Development Permit for subdivision and construction of the structures and associated site improvements.
