This is a request for approval of a tentative parcel map which would divide a 20.07 acre parcel into two (2) parcels of 10 + acres. Applicant requests land division in an effort to enhance the economic viability of the existing agricultural operation by providing the property owner financing options to allow the existing agricultural operations to continue.
