Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of four (4) High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) storm drainpipes culverts:
? A 125 linear foot, 24-inch diameter culvert situated at the outflow from the unnamed pond at the road crossing near the Channel 5 dam. The culvert will include creation of a concrete and rock flow dissipater.
? A 175 linear foot, 30-inch diameter culvert located on the main seasonal drainage where it enters Slate Creek. The outflow of the culvert will include a concrete and rock flow dissipater. The culvert crossing will facilitate road construction near Open Space Lot D.
? A 15 linear foot, 30-inch diameter culvert on the main seasonal drainage tributary to Slate Creek. The outflow of the culvert will include a concrete and rock flow dissipater. The culvert crossing will be located under a recreational trail near Lot 118.
? A 30 linear foot, 30-inch diameter culvert on the main seasonal drainage tributary to Slate Creek. The outflow of the culvert will include a concrete and rock flow dissipater. The culvert crossing will be under an access road to Open Space Lot G
