Document Description
The site of the proposed project is within Subarea 3 of the Central Larkspur Specific Plan (CLASP); it is also known as the former Niven Nursery site. The project includes: 1. A mix of 14 cottages ranging in size from 910 square feet to 1,520 square feet; 2. Twenty-nine single-family homes ranging in size from 3,200 square feet to 4,325 square feet including garages (plus six second units); and 3. Thirty-six apartment-style senior housing units ranging in size from 1,084 square feet to 1,717 square feet not including garages. The project also provides 2.79 acres for a community facility and park and a 0.62-acre common area.
