Document Description
A Major Subdivision of an approximate 59,270 square foot parcel into eight residential lots ranging in size from 5,937 square feet to 12,800 square feet. The parcels will be served both by Underwood Road and by an interior roadway off of Underwood Road. Access to the subdivision will be through the Morgan Subdivision to the south via Underwood Court and Little Pond Street. The existing residence will remain on proposed Parcel 1. An exception request to allow a reduced right of way width to serve lots 5, 6, 7, and 8 is also part of this project. All parcels will be served by McKinleyville Community Services District.
