- The Project proposes construction of 362 low and medium density residential units, parks, open space components, and associated infrastructure on approximately 305.7 acres of land. The Project will include construction of interior roadways and right-of-way (ROW) improvements, installation of utilities, relocation and upgrading of an existing Southern California Gas pipeline, construction of retention basins, and construction of an artificial drainage. This is to advise that CDFW, acting as a Responsible Agency, approved the above described project on September 18, 2020 and has made the following determinations regarding the project pursuant to California Code of Regulations section 15096, subdivision (i):
