The poject is a mixed use residential and commerial developments known as the Butterfield Specific Plan. In April, 2012, the project was apprvoed including approval of the fllowing: a General Plan Amendment and Zone Cange, Amended Speciific Plan, and Amended Development Agreement. Additionally, an environmental impact reprt (EIR) was certfiied. The EIR made findings, and mitigation was imposed.
