The City of Twentynine Palms Community Development Department is proposing to adopt an overlay designation for a 2 square mile area of the community. This designation shall identify the properties as "horse" property and will allow a higher number of horses boarded on the land with this designation than would otherwise be allowed by the underlying zoning designation.
