Document Description
Development of a concrete manufacturing plant that will produce "ready mix" concrete for use in construction. The manufacturing plant is proposed to process a maximum of 1,200 cubic yards of concrete per day. The project includes an aggregate storage building, a batch plant, an office building, and a 12,000 gallon above ground fuel storage tank. The remainder of the site would consist of two detention basins, parking, and landscaping.
