Document Description
The proposed detached singel-family condominium project would be developed as a gated residential development of 251 homes. The Land Use Policy Map identifies the site as a Floodway (FW) zone. A General Plan Amendment tot he County's General Plan from FW to Multiple Residential (RM) is proposed to allow residential development on land presently designated for flood control. The proposed project would be developed at a density of ~9.3 dwelling units per acre. A home owner's association will be formed for the maintenance and management of the common open space and common facilities. The proposed project includes its own package wastewater treatment plant that will accommodate ~50,200 gallons per day of wastwater.
