Document Description
The Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD) proposes to acquire a Water Supply Agreement (Rosedale Agreement) dated January 1, 2005, originally entered into between the Glorious Land Company (GLC) and the Rosedale Rio Bravo Water Storage District (RRBWSD). The Rosedale Agreement would provide for CVWD's purchase from RRBWSD of a maximum of 9,500 acre feet (AF) of "Firm Water" and "Supplemental Water" in excess of 9,500 AF per year up to a maximum of 16,000 AF per year, totaling up to 252,500 AF of water over the remaining 23-year term of the Rosedale Agreement.
