Document Description
Due to rapid development in Lancaster and the surrounding areas, a new elementary school is needed to accommodate the educational needs of the rapidly growing population within the District. Therefore, District proposes to construct and operate Elementary School No. 5 to serve approx. 1,100 students at full build-out.
