Document Description
The Discharger proposes to upgrade the existing dirt access road with aggregate or crushed rock to provide all weather access to the manholes to this reach of the pipeline. The access road transverses five unnamed tributaries to Buena Vista Creek, all of which originate from the north side of State Route 78. Four of the five tributaries pass through existing culverts.
