- CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2019-0254-R5) to the project applicant, City of Vista. The project proposes to upgrade, realign, and rehabilitate the Oceanside-Vista Interceptor (Reach 1) access road to provide more reliable access to the pipeline and manholes for maintenance.
