Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0127-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Rancho Diamante Investments, LLC (Permittee) as represented by Eric Flodine. The project proposes to conduct grading and fill activities related to the construction of residential pads, surface streets, a storm water quality basin, and storm drain outlets. The water quality basin is approximately 1.0-acre in size and is designed to treat on-site stormwater and nuisance runoff from the developed areas before discharging into the Thornton Channel and Hemet Channel flood control facilities. The basin will be installed within the location of an existing unnamed ephemeral drainage and will retain collection of the nuisance run-off from the development.
