This environmental assessment (EA) evaluates a range of feasible alternatives and strategies for the replacement or rehabilitation of the deteriorating 574-foot pier on Santa Rosa Island, Channel Islands National Park. Four alternatives are evaluated in this EA: the no action alternative and three action alternatives. The action alternatives include replacing the pier within its current footprint, rehabilitating the existing pier, and replacing the pier along a new alignment.
