Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the Preston Street Crossing of Mill Creek Project. The Project will extend Preston Street across Mill Creek and link the north and south sections of Preston Street that are currently separated by Mill Cree, which the California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") has determined is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 st seq.
