Document Description
Stabilize ~60 feet of the bank of Matanzas Creek which was damaged during the flood event of Jan. 2006. The home at 2235 Vallejo Street is threatened by the undermining of the foundation and the erosion of property between the creek and the house. The project will include the trimming of the root wads of fallen trees, realignment of fallen trees, anchoring trees with concrete blocks, planting willow bundles, replacing loose rock that was displaced by falling trees, and adding a small amount of additional rock at the upstream end of the property. Issuance of a Streambed Alteraiton Agreement Number 1600-2007-0370-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
