Section 15301 allows for additions to structures providing the addition will not result in any increase beyond 50 percent of the existing floor area or 2,500 feet or whichever is less or 10,000 square feet in an area where all services can be provided and the development is in conformance with the General Plan and the area is not environmentally sensitive. This is an 8,362 sq. ft. addition to an existing, developed, multi-tenant shopping center occupying 4.36 acres. This is in conformance with the General Plan, is not environmentally sensitive and is adequately provided by all public services.
